Assyria's crazed maroon eyes stared into the darkness of the cave that held the spirits of Circe. Within her teeth, she held the gnarled body of some stranger wolf she had found dead in loner territory. She dragged it further into the cave and tossed the body like a ragdoll into the shadows. She bowed down, and took deep breaths of the cool cave air. "Oh, holy spirits of Circe... She who killed many... she who was feared by all..." Assyria paused to take another deep breath. "I return today with an offering for you, my leader, my soul...Take this offering and do away with it as you please. Let your spirits ease themselves." She announced, her eyelids closing gently over her eyes. "Be proud to know that there is yet one wolf whome respected and still respects your ways..."
Assyria eased her position, standing tall again. She backed away from the cave and out the entrance. There, she laid down in a heap on the ground, alone... She was different from the other wolves. She had been raised some fox. She respected snake, especially the one who had been so strong. She came here oten, giving offerings and gifts to Circe's spirits. As she began to doze off, she could've sworn she heard a faint hiss echo in the cave. ooc// Anyone can join. I'm sure Assyria would enjoy a chat with someone.

OoC;; It's fine. Steel grey fur slipped into the light, and then shadow once more. Muddyed brown appeared as well, only a blur it seemed. In fact, Eder was so swiftly moving, no one could tell he was a wolf, unless of course you knew him. Eder is a sneaky fellow, slipping through trees and bushes and as silent as a mouse, you could say. As he moved from tree to tree, he began to scent another wolf, up-ahead. Near Circe's dwelling. He sighed slightly, slowing down a bit. Assyria giving yet another sacrfice to the snake. A sacrfice that could of been a meal. Well, for him. He wasn't sure anyone else would eat wolf. Assyria, he hissed, appearing from the shadows. Why do you love Circe so much? It's like you honor her like she was your... mother or something. Not that wolves like us honor our parents, they were the ones that gave the world to us. Why should we thank them? They are just another meal...

Assyria's ears swiveled back at the sounds of a voice. She was immedietely awake. Rule one in the fox handbook of survival: "If you hear the slightest noise, be awake fast and ready to sprint if neccesary." That was according to the fox who raised her. She thought some of the ways of the fox were pathetic, but a lot of them helped her. Assyria didn't open her eyes nor turn her head. The female smirked and gave a little maniac giggle. Finally she stood and turned to Eder, the wolf teeth on her necklace clacking together with the pleasant reminder to her of each one of those wolves she had killed and ripped a tooth from.
"Circe is highly respectable creature... Very remarkable what she did. You see, Foxes eat snakes... When there comes a snake to difficult to eat as Circe, how could a wolf raised partially fox not respect her mighty ways?" Assyria explained simply, her devilish eyes glared at the wolf. "Have you ever seen Circe, Eder?"

No, The answer was simple yet he made he last long, a hiss. But I have seen her in my dreams. She was the one who told me to murder my mother, although I hadn't known what she was called yet. Eder glared at her, although a part of him admired her, she was very envolped in the wolf ways and yet, still manage her foxen background at the same time. Have you, Assyria? He watched her closely, looking at the necklace with little intrest. Sure, it had a few teeth on it's string, but if his prizes were materialized he would need two necklaces and perhaps three.

"I see her often... , also in a dream. It seems too real, that's why I believe it is real, and parts of her evil Soul has taken home within me." Assyria spoke, looking into the cave. "She knew I respected her... Thorugh the stories I heard...I feel so close to her." Assyria paused and looked at Eder for a long time, her stare boring into his face. Her stare was stern and all too serious. Her tongue swiped over her teeth. "This is no pups' Tale, Eder... This is real. I'm no fool, and I'm not crazy..." Assyria snarled before he could make a remark to her beliefs. Other mocked her, called her crazy. It was easy to ignore, but hard to get at least one single wolf to believe as well, that one day Circe would walk the earth again.

Eder looked at Assyria, brows raised in question. So I'm not the only one... He remarked, half to himself. Assyria, I'm not one to judge. I hardly think of you crazy at all, in fact, I think the same things at times, although I don't worship as you do. I speak to her in dreams, she tells me advise, things I should do... He paused, breifly reviewing the previous dream he had with the two-headed snake. It had been so long ago, he expected one every-night now, although it never seems to happen. But, I haven't spoken to her, or she hasn't spoken to me rather, in a long time. Almost a entire moon... has she talked to you, Assyria?

Assyria was taken by surprise when Eder spoke of having simalar thoughts and dreams about Circe herself. It was rather comforting to have someone who didn't think her as a lunatic. When he asked if she had had any recently recieved dreams of Circe. Sowly she shook her head. She was rather ashamed. It had been about as long for her as well. "No, I have not... But I blame myself for upsetting Circe's spirits. I used to bring gifts for her spirits four times a moon, but with scarcity of death in the loner territory lately, it's getting hard to find any..." Assyria mumbled, then her eyes deviously lit up. "I should go find Zaila's body in Akali. Maybe Fator would reward me. Of course, Trozan was still the wolf who killed her..."

Eder nodded, he had guessed as much. Was Circe losing connection with all of her believers? Well, it may just be Assyria and him, but still. Don't blame youself. I do nothing such as sacrfices and she still speaks to me. We have a strong bond with her, it's strange not to recieve anything in return. He looked at the cave, eyes sparkling with confusion. Eder loved mysterious, specially if it had something to do with blood and death. Maybe we should both sacrfice something, soon. Zalia can be yours, I can take something from Akali with ease. He nodded at the thought. Akali wolves were too golabal, just because there has been peace for a few moons didn't mean that nothing was going to happen. Yet they still let their pups run around freely and wander off alone. He could pick off someone and they wouldn't notice for days.

Assyria thought that would be a wonderful idea, fetching two gifts for Circe would surely pleasure her spirits. She still did blame herself however, for not returning four times a moon anymore. Then something hit her as he spoke his next sentence. Her 'brow' went up.
"How come everyone calls Zaila "Zalia"? Everyone does it except myself and Trozan, it seems. Let me tell you, it really ticks off Trozan when people call her Zalia. I can tell... He just does nothing in return. He hides his feelings of love for her, still... He regrets murdering her, I think." Assyria spoke calmly.

Suddenly, white blurred at the entrance of the cave. A white wolf stepped forward. his eyes glistened with hate, his claws razor-sharp, and his ear slit in half. A growl rumbled deep within him. "Who are you, and what are you doing here?" His voice was eeirie and high, and it echoed around the cave. He lifted one of his blue paws cooly, allowing the light to hit his claws so they sparkled menacingly. He spoke again, but showed no anger, only dangerous calm. "I asked, what are you doing here?"

Eder opened his mouth to reply to Assyria's curious statement but was cut off by some other wolf's voice. Annoyed, Eder turned to see who was speaking and raised his brows when he saw the white wolf, but his brows weren't raised with shock, surprise, or fright, but with something like disappointment. Or, "unimpressment," if that were a word. Trying to seem all-mighty, are we? Eder thought, anger making his tail twitch. I could ask you the same thing. He said simply, sitting down. He wasn't scared to the least, not even merely, and completely relaxed. The brown and grey wolf even smiled, a small twitch of his mouth that made the sides curl upwards, he was so amused. And as always, he was dangerously calm and he even dared to yawn as he waited for Assyria's reaction or the "scary" white wolf's. [/sup]

A slight growl arose in Assyria's throat when an unknown wolf appeared from the cave. Her ears flattened back against her head.
This wolf better not have been eating the sacrifices... Was the first thought that came to Assyria's head. Then the second, If he has he'll be Circe's next meal.... Assyria also noticed the nich in his ear. She raised her brow. A fighter, was he? "Honestly I don't see why you can even ask that question. You can assume we are here on our own accord, in a cave that is owned by no wolf." Assyria sighed, her eyes narrowing with bordome with this wolf.

The wolf looked slowly from one wolf to the other. He'd have to try not to fight. Not thazt he was AFRAID to fight. He looked up. "I lived in this cave moons ago, and have come back to reclaim it for myself."
