Fydo saw Talsvak. "Excuse me, Maroon. I have to give talsvak his instructions." He padded up to Talsvak. "Talsvak, you will scout tonight. Go to Circe's terra, into her cave if you have to. Her cave is a ways in the forest on the southwest side of the terra. I do not know much about the area, but wander around a bit. If anyone's there, I want you to listen and try to remember everything they say. Come back here once you are ready, and inform me of everything you saw and heard. Can you do this for me, Talsvak? Can I trust you?"

Talsvak eyed Fydo curiously and paused to think this over a little. It was all very interesting, how he trusted him to do this, when he could easily betray him. Of course, if he did, he might get killed by that merciless serpent. Not that he really feared death, but he didn't want to leave the world just yet. "I have been wandering for the whole of my life, and know many terras around these parts. I believe I have seen this cave once, but it was a long time ago. I am such a very good wanderer, and a very good listener. However, what happens if I am to be captured and held for questioning? You will have no say in what I will tell them if this occurs." He paused and burned his eyes into Fydo's. "I am sure you can trust me with the task, Fydo, but are you sure?"

"I have no choice but to trust you, Talsvak. And if you are captured, well... get out of it if you can, and try to give away as little information as possible." Fydo said. "You will head into the forest at sunset. I suppose in the dark it is almost impossible to see you, and sense your presence as well."

"Well, you can go at sunset when you are ready." Fydo said. He looked to the plains and saw three new wolves with Ice. They looked like they needed a pack. "Now if you excuse me, I need to accept some wolves into the pack." He padded away from Talsvak to the plains.

Talsvak grinned as Fydo walked away and turned back to Lukia. "I suppose I'll have to go find this Circe, then. I don't think I'll be injured at all, considering that I 'have no presence' as Fydo says." Lukia frowned and replied, "You won't be injured, but your blunt attitude towards this serious matter makes me worry. What if-" "You always worry." Talsvak cut her off in mid sentence. "You have to stop one of these days, or you'll hurt yourself. Now," He started to pad off to the forest. "If I'm not back in a day's time then I'm either held hostage, dead, or something else. Don't worry about me though, I'll be perfectly fine." Lukia opened her mouth to speak but no words came out. She closed it and just watched as Talsvak padded to the entrance of the forest. "Taslvak." Talsvak stopped and turned. "Come back safely, and don't fall prey to a plot of wit. They'll want you for themselves, when I-" She blushed and looked away. "We, need you." Talsvak paused for a moment and walked into the forest without a sound, blending into the shadows.

Lukia just stood still, long after Talsvak disappeared into the shadows. "How could I be so stupid? Why did I even say that?" She shook her head and turned, taking one last look at where he'd disappeared. She thought of all the possible fates that awaited him, and all the ways he could die or suffer. So many awful images flashed through her head, terrible thoughts, and terrible visions. "No, no no." She suddenly got a violent dark urge to kill, and the visions kept on coming. She knew what was happening, and knew she had to stop. "I can't kill him. No, no I don't want to! Not now!" She rammed her head into the nearest tree in desperation.
