The Akalian Ban is still in place, Rocky will have to be a loner until the Ban is lifted. He can still interact with other wolves, both Assassins and Akalians (And maybe other loners) and you can still roleplay with him. But he will not be part of the pack just yet.

I'd really prefer you took that picture down. I didn't do the lineart, and the person I asked to use that lineart from says she wants me just to use it for my characters.
